Consultation Fees
At Joliet Aesthetics Medspa, all consultations are conducted by appointment only, with a fee of $100. This fee will be credited toward the cost of any treatment you choose.

Should you decide not to proceed with treatment, the consultation fee of $100 will be due at the time of checkout.

Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide each client with the highest level of service and care. To ensure we can accommodate all clients in a timely manner, we have the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellations
We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of $100.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your treatment to ensure the quality and timeliness of services provided to all clients. In some cases, your treatment may be shortened, but the full treatment fee will still apply.

Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies may arise unexpectedly. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate you without imposing a cancellation fee.

Confirmation of Appointments
To ensure we are fully prepared for your visit, we will confirm your appointment via text or email 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. We ask that you keep your contact information up to date to avoid any missed notifications.
